Insurance/Payment:
The physicians of Eye Center of St Augustine participate with Medicare and most major medical health plans. Managed care patients who require prior authorization or a referral are asked to obtain these prior to their visit. We ask that patients pay for non-covered services, such as eye refractions, and co-payments at the time of their visit. Visa and Master Card are accepted.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy:
We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. Failure to give notice of cancellation will be noted as a “no-show.” There is a fee of $25.00 for “no-show” appointments.
